Inspired by the bounty of the regional apple harvest (we have an Applefest each autumn here in Northumberland County) we’ve created this new bar. It brings out the best of our national apple, the McIntosh, blending it with warm spices and the comfort of caramel.
A gold medal winner of the International Chocolate Awards, 2020 Canadian Competition, with an additional award for the original use of LOCAL ingredients.
