I entered 4 different bars — each of which was a collaboration with local food growers or producers: Saffron Strawberry Rhubarb in White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Affogato, Blood Orange & Rosemary in Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate with Blackcurrant.
Centre & Main Chocolate Co. is getting a lot of attention for their butter tar chocolate bar and is a unique stop on the Kawarthas Northumberland Butter Tart Tour, which has dubbed them ‘the home of the world’s first butter tart chocolate bar.’
