A nostalgic summer treat, transformed into chocolate.

The combination of ice cream, citrus and vanilla created some kind of magic that the 8-year old me loved above all other frozen wonders.

The transformation is made possible with freeze dried clementines, freeze dried ice cream from Reid’s Dairy and vanilla bean paste.

It’s a bar full of juicy, citrusy goodness.  Refreshing and light.
