Classic combinations are often the inspiration for new flavours. This was certainly the case for our Tea & Toast Bar.
The caramelized white chocolate is like the butter that binds two delights. Local Redeemer Bread from My World Kitchen in Brighton, Ontario is toasted deeply and crumbled into the chocolate (the bread is made from locally grown Redeemer wheat). Darjeeling black tea rounds out the flavours. A completely crave-worthy way to enjoy breakfast for dessert.
