Kimchi, a Korean staple, is produced in nearby Milford, Ontario by Pyramid Ferments. It’s not a conventional flavour pairing, but we’re not creating conventional chocolate. The sweet, tangy heat has become a favourite, ever since its launch during the 2018 Ontario Fermentation Festival.
Pyramid Ferments is an award winning, family company based in Northport, Prince Edward County. They create and distinct product line of fermented foods and beverages that is unique in Canada.
