The Sushi Bar

This is our most daring chocolate flavour since Kimchi, and it’s simply fabulous (if we do say so ourselves)!

We’ve included nori (for its minerality and umami qualities), sesame (nutty notes) with crisped rice (texture) and brightened it all with a kiss of ginger.

And no, no fish are included in this bar.
I mean, that would be crazy, right? 😉
