Hot Cherry

This bar was never meant to be a permanent fixture, but sometimes flavours take on a life of their own.

I created this bar as part of a themed box collection which included an array of stimulating ingredients.  Several of those who tried it, spoke to me afterwards, saying it had become their new favourite and could I make it a regular feature?

So here we are!

This bar has a dark milk base (56% cocoa).  We blend local cherries, local hot peppers, butter toffee and a whisper of cinnamon to elevate them all.
