We start by using local butter to make a big sheet of English toffee. This is shattered and sprinkled into our 70% dark chocolate, already infused with local lavender flowers and sea salt from the Newfoundland Salt Company.
A bit more lavender and salt is sprinkled on top, just to make your taste buds sing… en français.
