We love holding workshops and this is the first one we’re organizing through the website.

We’ll begin on May 11, at 10am.  The workshop is generally 2.5 hours in length, but can vary according to the time you choose to devote to customizing your edible art.

There are 10 spots available.

Together we will:

– explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of single origin chocolate bars.

 – learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food.

 – design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish.  This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label.  (actually, you will make 3 fully-customized bars)
