This new bonbon collection is steeped to perfection.

I’ve created 5 different bonbons and each one highlights a unique kind of tea.

The flavours:

1. Hibiscus Tea with Strawberry and Rose – pictured (made with local strawberries from Brambleberry Farms)

2. Lavender London Fog (with local lavender from Amethyst Hills)

3. Brown Sugar Milk Tea (this flavour got so much love in our February Collection we’ve decided to feature it again!)

4. Matcha Tea with Green Apple

5. Hojicha Latte with Cinnamon

As always, each of our ganaches and caramels are made with Ontario butter.

And of course, we’ve included a menu in each box, so you can match the bonbon to the flavour.
