Have you ever dreamed of getting a peek behind the scenes at Centre and Main and making your own dream chocolate bars? You’ll be making 3 of them in this workshop!

This workshop begins at 10am on Saturday, August 22. Workshops are generally 2.5 hours in length, but might be a little longer depending on the time you choose to devote to customizing your edible art.

Together we will:

• explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of 4 single origin chocolate bars.
• learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food (there’s a pirate story and another about a bishop who landed on the wrong side of chocolate history…)
• design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish! This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label. (you will make 3 fully-customized bars)

And yes, we’ll be adding inclusions to the chocolate, like a ‘choose-your-own-adventure’ chocolate bar!
