We begin this bar with a bold move: blending tahini directly into our 70% dark chocolate. The tahini is made by Parallel Brothers, experts in all things sesame. We then mix in our own za’atar spice mix, made with organic herbs and sumac by The Humble Herb.
This is a rich, complex bar – wonderful on its own and also an inspired addition to cheese plates and charcuterie boards.
