This bar was never meant to be a permanent fixture, but sometimes flavours take on a life of their own.

I created this bar as part of a themed box collection which included an array of stimulating ingredients.  Several of those who tried it, told me it was their new favourite and could I make it forever? Pretty please with a chili on top?

So here we are!

This bar has a dark milk base (56% cocoa).  We blend local cherries, local hot peppers, and house made butter toffee with a whisper of cinnamon. This complex flavour profile has now become a favourite for many of our chocolate-loving fans.
