This bar began with an epiphany.

We created our own toasted black sesame seed paste and found that it  gives a peanut butter-like flavour to our dark milk chocolate.

(We’re a peanut-free facility but are fans of the taste, so this was pretty exciting)

We added 5 more kinds of seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp and poppy) to make this deeply satisfying, deeply seedy bar.
