The Lilac Festival Bonbon Collection
This new bonbon collection celebrates lilacs!
Every year our village is home to a festival for these ephemeral blooms and the bonbons in this collection are decorated in all of their varied colours.
The flavours:
1. Dark chocolate and raspberry ganache (deep raspberry flavour!)
2. Flower bomb ganache with hibiscus, orange blossom, rose and wild violet
3. Milk chocolate ganache with Single Origin Brazilian Chocolate and fresh ginger
4. Classic salted butter caramel
As always, each of our ganaches and caramels are made with Ontario butter.
And of course, we’ve included a menu in each box, so you can match the bonbon to the flavour.
