The February Bonbon Collection

For February, we’re speaking your love language.

You eat first with your eyes, so we’ve crafted each of these bonbons to be a delight for all of your senses.

The menu:

– Passion fruit and vanilla bean caramel

– Flower bomb ganache with hibiscus, orange blossom and rose

– Brown sugar milk tea ganache with caramelized white chocolate

– Coconut + cardamom caramel latte, made with K0K Café coffee beans (plant based)

– Single origin Brazilian milk chocolate ganache with fresh ginger

– Raspberry salted butter caramel

 

Each of our ganaches and caramels are made with Ontario butter and cream.

And of course, we’ve included a menu in each box, so you can match the bonbon to the flavour.
