Our Local Libations Bonbon Collection is now available!

We’re surrounded by a wealth of incredible wineries, distilleries, cideries and breweries, and we’re celebrating this diversity with a very unique bonbon collection.

Each of the caramel and ganache centres is infused with a local beverage.  Blended with spices, herbs fruits and more, you’ll experience these libations in an entirely new and festive way!

The menu:

•  Dark chocolate ganache with Aronia Liqueur from Stillus Craft Spirits
•  Mulled wine ganache with Bourbon Merlot from Rolling Grape Vineyard
• Chocolate + citrus ganache with The Spare Press Riesling from The Grange of Prince Edward
• Traynor Vineyard Spiced Pumpkin Liqueur and True Saffron ganache
• Whiskey Sidecar ganache with Cooper’s Revival Rye from Kinsip Distillery and Triple Orange Liqueur from Wildlot Farm Distillery
• Caramel infused with Café Fresco by Last Straw Distillery with K0K Café espresso beans
• Caramelized white chocolate ganache infused with Loch Mór Pommeau Black Label Cider
• Raspberry ganache infused with Pinot Noir ‘Defiant’ from Rosehall Run Vineyards
• Salted butter beer caramel with Night Owl Porter from Focal Brewing Co.

You eat first with your eyes, so we’ve crafted each of these bonbons to be a delight for all of your senses.

Each of our ganaches and caramels are made with Ontario butter and cream.

We’ve included a menu in each box, so you can match the bonbon to the flavour.

Sizes 9 and up will have at least one of each flavour.
