Hojicha is lightly toasted matcha.  This brings out a warm, nutty, toasted bread flavour that I’ve become obsessed with.

And all of my obsessions eventually find themselves covered in chocolate.

I source my hojicha from Hojicha Co., a Canadian company that imports it directly from Kyoto.
