What’s in our Sushi Chocolate? Everything but the fish!
This is our most daring chocolate flavour since Kimchi, and it’s simply fabulous (if we do say so ourselves)!

We’ve included nori (for its minerality and umami qualities), sesame (nutty notes) with crisped rice (texture) and brightened it all with a kiss of pickled ginger.

And no, we would never put fish in chocolate.
I mean, that would be crazy, right? 😉
