Tart and tangy local raspberries make their way (in a big way!) into our 70% dark chocolate.
We freeze dry these local berries at the peak of their ripeness, and then grind them up into the chocolate. The flavour is dark, tart and juicy.
Brambleberry Farm it is our go-to place for strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. This 35-acre berry farm is just down the road in Wooler, Ontario and has been growing high-quality fruit since 1981. We now create 7 bars that feature their delicious berries, including our award-winning Saffron Strawberry Rhubarb Bar, which won a silver medal in the white chocolate category at the International Chocolate Awards, 2018 Canadian Competition and the Blackcurrant Bar that won a silver medal in the dark chocolate category
