Montmorency cherries are tart and tangy, making them an ideal contrast to our 70% dark chocolate.
Over a dozen dried cherries are studded into each bar, each one bursting with flavour. We space them out evenly to make sure there is a perfect balance of cherry and chocolate in each bite.
