To this, we added winter savory with its complex flavour profile including notes of thyme, pine and mint. This winter savory is lovingly grown by Tamarack Farms.
Preserved lemon adds delicate notes of salt and gentle acidity.
It’s a exquisite blend to be savoured on its own or added to a cheese or charcuterie board.
