The Harvest Box – 2024

This tasting box contains 4 exclusive chocolate bars, and a mystery bonbon.

The bounty and diversity of local foods astounds me each fall. And this year, I’ve gathered together elements of this cornucopia and transformed them into chocolate.

The bars in this box are made by us, but with food that exists thanks to the farming and gardening expertise of many.

The flavours:

+ Smoky Sweet Corn

+ Sweet Pea and Mint

+ Haskap and Sumac

+ Peach, Buckwheat Honey and Lime Basil (a caramel-filled bar)

Plus a chocolate with mystery ingredients.  Answers are revealed at the bottom of the box.
