Chocolate Workshop – February 1 – Limited Availability

Have you ever dreamed of making your own dream chocolate bars?  You’ll be making 3 of them in this workshop!

This workshop will begin at 9am on Saturday, February 1.  This workshop is generally 2.5 hours in length, but might be a little longer depending on the time you choose to devote to customizing your edible art.

Together we will:

– explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of 4 single origin chocolate bars.

 – learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food.

 – design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish!  This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label.  (you will make 3 fully-customized bars)

And yes, we’ll be adding inclusions to the chocolate!

Note that this workshop is limited to 11 people.

This workshop requires a minimum of 8 people to run.  If fewer than 8 sign up, you will be refunded for your reservation and the workshop will be reschedule.
