Chocolate Workshop – Oct 4 – Reserved

Have you ever dreamed of making your own dream chocolate bars?  You’ll make 3 of them in this workshop?

This workshop is generally 2.5 hours in length, but might be a little longer depending on the time you choose to devote to customizing your edible art.

Together we will:

– explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of single origin chocolate bars.

 – learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food.

 – design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish.  This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label.  (actually, you will make 3 fully-customized bars)

And yes, we’ll be adding inclusions to the chocolate!
