Note: This is a special Easter edition of our chocolate workshop! This will feature all of the favourite highlights, and we’ll also discuss how Easter became synonymous with chocolate bunnies, and there will be some special inclusions to add to your chocolate!
Have you ever dreamed of making your own dream chocolate bars? You’ll be making 3 of them in this workshop!
This workshop begins at 5.30 on April 10. This workshop is generally 2.5 hours in length, but might be a little longer depending on the time you choose to devote to customizing your edible art.
Together we will:
– explore the flavours of chocolate through a guided, mindful tasting of 4 single origin chocolate bars.
– learn about the history, botany and geography of this incredible food, plus a little dive into how Easter became a chocolate holiday
– design and create your own chocolate bar from start to finish! This begins with painting the molds and ends when you apply your own customized flavour label. (you will make 3 fully-customized bars)
And yes, we’ll be adding inclusions to the chocolate, including some special ones for Easter!
